Վերջա­պես մեր դիվա­նա­գի­տությունը խոշոր հաղթա­նակ տարավ։

Միջազգա­յին հանրությունը հստակ արձա­նագրեց, որ ադրբե­ջա­նա­թուրքա­կան տանդե­մը Արցա­խի ու Հայաստա­նի դեմ կռվում է վարձկան-ահա­բե­կիչնե­րի օգնությամբ։ Այսպի­սով՝ արցախյան առաջնա­գի­ծը դառնում է քաղա­քակրթա­կան առաջնա­գիծ։ Արցա­խը կռվում է միջազգա­յին ահա­բեկչության դեմ, որի թիրախնե­րը տարանջատված չեն աշխարհքա­ղա­քա­կան սահմաննե­րով։ Այդ ահա­բեկչությունը հավա­սա­րա­բար սպառնում է ԱՄՆ-ին ու Իրա­նին, Ռուսաստա­նին ու Ֆրանսիա­յին եւ Արցա­խը, Հայաստա­նը, հայ ժողո­վուրդը կռվում են հանուն գլո­բալ անվտանգության։

The international community has now clearly stated that the Azerbaijani-Turkish alliance is waging war against Artsakh and Armenia with the help and involvement of foreign terrorist fighters.The borders of Artsakh have, therefore, become a civilizational frontline. Artsakh is fighting against international terrorism, which does not distinguish between the geopolitical borders of its targets. This terrorism equally threatens the United States, Iran, Russia, and France.Artsakh, Armenia, and the Armenian nation are fighting for global security.
